FAQ & Site Info

Request International shipments only by email sent to info@labelgames.com , and include all of the following information: a) List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities etc. b) Provide complete contact information and shipping address. c) Phone number and email address of purchaser. Once we receive your email with the above complete information, we will process your request. We will not absorb any shipping losses for international shipping, as we often do on shipments within the US.

Occasionally due to carrier delays, delivery can take longer. Keep in mind that in some cases, the authorization process can take up to 24 hours before your order is shipped. Please Contact Us if you do not receive your package by the expected time of delivery so we can help to retrieve your order.
